Business Scope
General operating projects are: sports supplies, hardware products, plastics, masks, infrared thermometers, protective clothing, electronics, office supplies, design of craft gifts, electrical machinery and equipment; development and sale of packagings, environmentally friendly materials; sale of construction supplies, chemical products (excluding hazardous chemicals); electronic commerce (which involves pre-establishment administrative authorization and requires pre-establishment administrative authorization to operate); domestic trade, import and export of goods and technologies. (Laws, administrative regulations or decisions of the State Council prohibiting and requiring approval of projects prior to registration); retail sales of sports goods and equipment; sale of toys, animations and playgrounds; retail sales of hardware products; sale of plastics; sale of daily masks (non-medical); retail sales of medical personnel's protective supplies; sale of electronics; sale of office supplies; sale of handicrafts and ceremonial goods (except for ivory and its products); sale of mechanical and electrical equipment; sale of packaging materials and products; development of hardware products; development of technical services, technology development, technical advice, technology exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion; sale of toys. (In addition to projects subject to legal authorization, activities are carried out on an autonomous basis and in accordance with a legal licence), licensed projects are: the processing of sports supplies, hardware, plastics, electronics, office supplies, craft gifts, electrical machinery and equipment; the development and sale of medical devices; the retail distribution of medical masks; the manufacture of sports and equipment; the manufacture of hardware products; the manufacture of plastics; the manufacture of stationery; the manufacture of handicrafts and ceremonial goods (except for Ivorys and their products); the manufacture of mechanical and electrical equipment; the manufacture of electronic appliances; the retail sale of electronic appliances; and the manufacture of toys. (A project subject to legal approval may only be operated with the approval of the relevant department, subject to the approval of the relevant department or licence)
